After purchase, please send us:
• Accommodation address & phone number
• Reservation name
• Check-in date

Step 3 — Accommodation Free Delivery

We arrange delivery to your accommodation in Japan.
Please ensure the hotel can receive packages for guests.

As we are not a duty-free retailer, the 10% consumption tax is not eligible for refund upon departure. However, we have set our rates low to account for this, and we are pleased to offer complimentary delivery to your accommodation.

Step 4 — Take It Home

Enjoy your authentic Japanese purchase and bring it home with you.

Upon returning to your home country, please declare the items to customs as required by local regulations and pay any applicable duties or taxes.
